Flame IgnitedThe coals die down and begin to grey.
This light grows dim,
And hope will fade.
This tiny flame of shattered hope,
Rose up once more from ash and smoke
Bringing back what I thought lost
My heart is singing but at what cost?
ShatteredShattered mirror, shattered heart,
I lie in pieces, I lie apart.
This darkness comes and this darkness goes.
Will light shine on my tattered woes?
Will the pieces mend? And will grey divide?
Will my heart be whole, once more alive?
This tiny flame gives the shattered hope.
Will it fade or will it grow?
Until the end I will not know,
So fair the well my shattered,
